We typically respond to booking requests within 24 hours and can often schedule your service within 2-3 days. For urgent requests or same-day service, please call us directly at (631) 561-9828.

You don't need to be present for the entire service, but we do need you there at the beginning to discuss your specific needs and preferences, and at the end for the final walkthrough and payment.

You don't need to provide anything! We bring all our own professional equipment, supplies, water, and power. Everything is included in the price. Just provide us access to your vehicle and we handle the rest.

Service times vary by package: Basic Wash (45-60 minutes), Standard Detail (1.5-2 hours), Premium Detail (2.5-3 hours), and Full Detail (3-4 hours). Marine and fleet services are quoted individually based on size and requirements.

We accept Zelle, cash, and personal/business checks. NO CREDIT CARDS. Payment is due upon completion of service. We also offer fleet billing for commercial customers.

We can provide interior-only services during light rain, but exterior services require dry conditions for best results. If weather doesn't cooperate, we'll reschedule your appointment at no charge. We monitor weather closely and will contact you if conditions aren't suitable.

Simply check the appropriate box when booking and have a valid ID ready (military ID, veteran ID, or department credentials for first responders). The 15% discount applies to active duty, veterans, police, fire department, and EMS personnel.
